At BSI, we have been Designing, Building, and Remodeling homes and businesses in the Greater Boston area since 1990, when our company was founded. And we have never strayed from our original mission: Providing uncommon and unexpected levels of superior service to our clients before, during, and after their construction projects. Our belief is that with such a business philosophy, we will be able to be who we are, do what we do best (design and build), and spend less time and money selling our services to you and others…..because our clients will be more likely to do much of that for us by spreading the word.

There are many things that make us different, and please visit our Process page for clarity there, but one of the biggest differences is our commitment to have a project supervisor present on every job for the duration of the project. This means subcontractors are not coming and going unsupervised, problems related to worker communication are minimized, a client’s unique set of workplace needs are respected and maintained, and a single project supervisor is aware of all work flow and process all the time, and serves as a regular daily contact for our clients during their project. Sound obvious? You would think so, but this is still very uncommon in our industry. We’ve been doing it for over 25 years! The result: Our clients are happy and their projects are a success!
